Lance is a typical sheltie. He will let you know when he hears noises and will welcome you home with barks of excitement. Lance is a sweetheart. He is not clingy, barky or demanding but is a wonderful companion with good house manners. He reminds his foster mom of a “little old man” because he’s laid back and relaxed. He’s a little shy to start out with but would make a great friend once he’s comfortable. He would be a fine friend for an older person since he’s so laid back and he can handle being with other dogs although he may truly blossom as an “only” dog. Side note: he does have an issue with stairs.
